They're not completely safe. I damaged my 3770K during a test, not from the run itself but because I used high voltage. I'm unsure if the harm was from the damage or the adjustments. I lost 100MHz, and each speed required more voltage than before. It still works at 4600 with 1.3v, but it used to run at 1.2875v.
I'm really confused about how to express my gratitude. Thanks goes to everyone who helped me understand that I'm making mistakes. It's for all the people I'll try to assist in the future without their CPU failing after a month. Also, what voltage is safe for daily use on a 7nm Ryzen? And for Intel CPUs around 14nm with speeds of 5.2 or 5.3 GHz, the spec says about 1.52V if I'm correct.
