Check how it works with your MOBO and PSU.
You're starting fresh with PC building and looking at the T6w9CL build guide. It looks like the MOBO you're using includes extra ATX power connectors, but your PSU doesn't have those. Also, the MOBO doesn't mention a display port, which raises your question about connecting a monitor. With around $200 left, you're smart to avoid issues—make sure your PSU supports the power requirements and consider a display port if you plan to use a monitor.
For the PSU, choose a model priced slightly higher such as the Corsair RX series. This will provide additional power with extra connectors, allowing your CPU to manage higher wattage demands for the display port. Since your CPU lacks built-in graphics, any display connector won’t work on your motherboard—just connect your cables to the GPU. Your GPU supports three display ports for multiple monitors, etc. For the cost, consider a Samsung 970 Pro M.2 NVMe drive or an Aorus Gen 4 NVMe drive to achieve fast performance at a reasonable price. Good luck!
This setup works well with a basic graphics card. I connect my cables directly to it. What a great update! The list looks updated now.
