I've changed one of my computers to the latest curators update. It boots up normally, but when loading begins, a loading icon appears for about ten minutes before the pinned items show or the start bar becomes usable. Everything functions correctly otherwise. Anyone know why this happens?
If they were upgraded, copied, or moved Windows 10 then likely that’s the cause. Or perhaps some updates didn’t work before because of an earlier issue with the operating system. Fixing it is usually simpler and quicker by performing a fresh installation, which should resolve all problems. https://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-...indows-10/ If you prefer to investigate further, run sfc /scannow from the command prompt, check the Event Viewer for driver or startup issues, and spend many hours searching for solutions that might not exist. I strongly suggest backing up your data and then installing cleanly.
your system seems outdated, likely lacking an SSD while still using a traditional hard drive. the pressure of updating windows might have contributed to damaging your hard drive.
