Yea.. but no. You'll see that there isn't much difference in reality. You just no longer to manually check for updates anymore to be sure you have the latest and greatest. The only problem is if you have a driver that comes in that screws things up, or that a Windows update screws without system, although that last one is rare. Especially now that they are adding a new layer of testing which will be Windows Insiders who choose to stay an Insider after Windows 10 is released.
It keeps updating automatically without being clumsy or forcing a restart. When you wish to reboot, it will prompt you with information about current Windows versions. For users with slower connections or limited bandwidth who have several computers at home, this new setting is turned on by default—though I didn’t remember the radio option and had to check my settings after some upgrades.
