Hello. It’s unclear if the information is available here. I opened Windows Update and noticed something (refer to the image). My Steelseries GG is installed and working, but it appears in the update list. Why would this show up? It seems unusual for a version update to include my software. Have others experienced this issue? Is there a specific purpose behind it on Windows 10?

I think it's a driver. It's not unusual for Microsoft to send drivers via Windows updates, and sometimes they become outdated.

Windows chose to install it without me pressing the install button. So I guess I’ll just watch what happens. Mostly concerned or interested because the Reddit discussion mentioned that the older version caused big problems with Windows 11 (I have 10, but still). Now I’m going to go along and see. Edit: Just in case anyone asks for help. I can say no issues showed up after updating. Probably just Windows updating for Steelseries for some reason—still not sure what it did.
