I’d opt for 16GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive, but storage will wear out fast after 250 uses.

I use Arkham Knight on Windows 10 and have 8GB RAM. I can't test it with 12GB because I don’t want to spend more memory. It helps prevent parts of the game from using the slower page file.
