Check for stuttering and frame time issues on the RX 5700 XT. [VIDEO]
This spikes on the frametime graph are the reason why ALL my games feel stuttery. I've been having this problem since I built my PC around April. I tried lots of things but none of them worked, does someones have a solution for this? Other games are in my 240GB Kingston SSD. Some things I tried: I reseted the Bios I tried DDU on the drivers multiple times to make a clean install Installing only drivers without Radeon software I set my CPU back to stock I ran a test for my RAM and no problems were found All my drivers, Windows (V 1909) and BIOS are up to date My Energy Plan is on AMD Ryzen High Performance Game Mode is OFF Gamebar is OFF I'm not using any Bluetooth devices I checked Task Manager and there's nothing strange No other apps are running in the background Freesync is OFF Nahimic Service is OFF All the startup apps are OFF I tried setting my XMP profile to 1, 2 and manually to 3200MHz I tried disabling XMP profile I tried using 2 separate PCI-E cables I tried switching DisplayPort cables I set my PCI-E to 3.0 manually UV/UC my GPU UV my CPU I tried 3 different RX 5700 XT on my PC Disabling ULPS None of them worked... What else can I do?

I noticed a brief pause at the start of the first section, but not elsewhere except during occasional system updates. It might be due to YouTube operating at a much slower frame rate or my own visual limitations. During those breaks, several points were highlighted on the control panels. Could this effect be only visible through graphs?
The problems appear clearly when using reduced frame rates and lower resolution.
The problem could be happening after pulling the stream somewhere, or it might not. How was the stream initiated?
