I've encountered some issues with my PC, mainly with games like Wolfenstein The New Order and Doom Eternal. The main concerns are reduced performance, specifically low FPS. This has been ongoing for several months after moving the system. Initially, it would fail to boot or get stuck in a loop until I replaced all components. Later, it stopped running Doom Eternal at speeds above 60 FPS, but after using the System File Checker and running diagnostics, the problem seemed resolved. However, another crash during gameplay brought it back. I repeated the same steps, but they didn't help. Eventually, I reinstalled Windows, but the issue persisted. I checked my hardware specs—CPU i5-9400F, 16GB RAM at 2400MHz (mixed modules), GTX 1650 OC, and motherboard—but everything matched expectations. Now I'm unsure what to do next.

Have you checked if your drives and BIOS are up to date? Try both, it might speed up boot time, fix compatibility problems, and boost performance. If not, the easiest option is upgrading the side components of your PC. You don’t need major or expensive changes—your motherboard could be outdated (like a 310 model) while newer ones are 650. Replacing it with an MSI 610 for around 90 euros would help. Your RAM is also quite old (16 GB at 2400 MHz); upgrading to 16 GB at 3200 MHz for about 50 euros makes a noticeable difference. You could also replace the thermal paste. While it might seem costly, these changes are typical for a gaming PC. I remember starting with a 400 euro budget and ending up spending around 1100 euros.
