CPU is an AMD Athlon 860k at 3.7Ghz, RAM has two 4GB modules, GPU is an XFX R9 380 with 4GB, MOBO model f2a58m-hd2. The monitor is a BENQ GL2460HM at 1920x1080. Currently, your game runs smoothly at around 120fps in some sections, but performance drops significantly during intense fights or in crowded areas like the city of opportunity. Need assistance improving this?

Reduce the physics to minimal levels, keep the draw distance low, and accept that 860K isn't exceptional. You might notice some inconsistencies.

Shadows often demand significant processing power, but I haven't tried that game yet.

Use a reduced grid in CCC or Crimson and turn off Physics (PhysX) settings.

It happens to me, as far as I recall. In non-combat zones FPS is at its peak, but it drops sharply during combat. Using a 4350.
