The only thing that comes to mind is the RGB values might not be adjustable.

It is fine my child. You just set timings, frequency and voltage manually if the XMP dosen't work. You can check SPD (memory timings profile) in BIOS - under the tab Tool -> SPD or by downloading Aida64 and going to motherboard -> SPD.

Memory compatibility is supported for Asus AURA. That should resolve any issues. Unless? You're familiar with RGB memory problems?
