Is there any reason you need 32GB? otherwise, I would just sell the other set. I'm using 4x4 ballistix with my 1600 and I was able to OC them from 2400 to 2800 on a super basic ASRock board without have any problems.

I would choose the Crucial option and it will operate smoothly at 3600C16.
