The only unusual aspect of the SM board is that it provides just one 12 V 8-pin connector.

The AMD components perform well in low-power mode, making them a solid choice compared to Intel. While exact figures aren't memorized, those ASRock rack boards can run under 50 watts from the wall. Your server is also idle, so even with multiple VMs or containers it will consume more than just idle power. I’d choose this board if I were you.
