It doesn't matter unless you have to replace it for any reason. Don't inform the manufacturer, as they might cancel your warranty if you don't use approved frequencies (this has happened to me once).

You can use two 8GB RAM sticks at 3600MHz in a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, but the system only supports up to 3200MHz. You could try boosting each stick to around 4000MHz and see if it works, then attempt further overclocking.
