View the Task Manager details section. The main screen and charts reflect an increased display due to the CPU's turbo boost usage. A 5.0 GHz processor running at 3.7 GHz adds a 35% inflation factor. 90% of that scenario equals 66%. This issue is more noticeable on mobile CPUs, which use a lower base multiplier but have a much higher turbo multiplier.
