The 5600X works well with the ASRock A520M-ITX/ac Mini ITX AM4 board, along with your PSU and case. Just remember to contact the retailer who sold the motherboard and confirm the BIOS is updated before sending it out, since some older BIOS versions may not support the 5600X.
It would work better together. Gskill Aegis or Gskill Ripjaws 3200MT/s or 3600MT/s at CL16 would suit that setup nicely. Check your preferred site for the best price. The 3600MT/s CL16 will cost a bit more than 3200MT/s but both options should function well.
