I purchased an Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition with a 3700x. Naturally, it comes with an OEM motherboard and they haven’t disclosed the exact model, but provided the chipset B55OA. Can the GSkill Trident Z Neo be compatible? Here’s the information I currently have (still pending shipment).

Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.0 Dark Side of the Moon chassis with high-performance CPU liquid cooling and an 850W power supply. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB GDDR6 (OC Ready) AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X (8-core, 32MB L3 cache, max boost clock 4.4GHz) wireless driver for Killer 1650 card, 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD 32GB Dual Channel HyperX™ FURY DDR4 XMP at 2666MHz. Mystery motherboard with chipset B55OA.

Unless its some compatibility thing, I think that any DDR4 kit should be ok. I don't own alienware products so I can't be 100% certain on that.
