It functions correctly. You may select one of the two available slots for the graphics card.

There is sufficient space for the wireless card. On the connector of the wireless card, you'll notice it is quite compact.

The connector is compact while the PCIe express slot remains spacious. The GPU consumes the available space, but the adapter doesn’t fill it completely. Your concern about functionality is valid—whether it works depends on how much space is left after the GPU.

checked the manual thoroughly—it suggests both the 1x slot and the lower 16x physical slot are connected to the chipset, meaning they don’t compete with your GPU slots for bandwidth. The note about "(physical)" refers to the fact that this bottom slot is only 4x power, just in case you need larger cards. PCI-E works equally well whether you have a big slot or a small one; it defaults to the lowest spec available. It might seem odd, but everything functions properly.

It refers to ensuring your GPU doesn’t interfere with the available bandwidth of your system’s slot, not compatibility issues or Wi-Fi interference.

This confirmation stated that employing the Wi-Fi adapter wouldn't diminish PCIe bandwidth for the graphics card, thus not impacting performance.
