When checking Ryzen compatibility sites, you'll find options like GSKill and Crucial listed instead of Team Elite. Your planned purchase of Team Elite T-force 16GB (2x8) 3200MHz seems to work with the R5 3600 and B550, but always verify the latest specs.

Visit the manufacturer's site for your motherboard. It usually includes a compatibility guide. Pairing a Zen 2 CPU with a B550 board is common, though you should verify it on the list. Generally, RAM will function, but if it isn't listed, it hasn't been confirmed for that setup. In the worst scenario, it won't overclock to 3200 MT/s and you'll need to stick with its standard speeds.

I chose these parts because I'm on a tighter budget, so I went with 3600 and b550. For the RAM speed, I'm fine with the default setting. Just checking if this setup works with my board.

B450 panels tend to be more affordable, though you can upgrade to 5600 or 5700 models. The B450 remains compatible with other systems. Regarding RAM, websites often list compatibility sections, but you should verify the part number rather than relying on the name alone. Not being listed doesn’t guarantee it won<|pad|>, I own a T-Force Delta TUF Alliance 2x8GB 3200 which isn’t in my motherboard’s list, yet it functions perfectly with XMP at 3200MHZ.
