Would it function? Someone might have an answer. BIOS and drivers seem outdated for Windows 10, with the last update dating back to 2012. But Rev 2 drivers are current. You're experiencing a USB crash that causes a blue screen every time you insert it, and your CPU is only using four of its eight cores during games—previously it used all eight. I don't know other possible issues. The change from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro was the only step I took.

Would you like to test it yourself? The least likely outcome is a new Windows update.

Checking with someone else first would help determine if it’s likely to work without needing a full reinstall.

Typically the driver alerts you before installation if it isn’t compatible. That’s why I recommended testing it on your own.

They advised against proceeding, especially regarding the BIOS. Chipset drivers could work, or they might simply report hardware not detected and halt the install, but the BIOS was a clear NO  .
