You must obtain the ISO file for the desired Windows edition, generate a USB bootable disk using Microsoft's Media Creation utility, start the installation from the USB, and input the key purchased. The computer will launch without Windows, lacking an operating system, allowing you to interact mainly with the BIOS.

I obtained it from G2A. As mentioned before, create an ISO file on a bootable USB stick, insert it, and enter the serial number you purchased. You can currently get Windows 7-8.1 and upgrade to Windows 10 for free—if you intend to switch to Windows 10, do it soon!
