It seems Windows 11 didn't improve the issue at all. I'm unsure why the chat would occasionally work again after reloading or switching streams.

Consider checking if your ISP has issues by streaming Twitch through a mobile hotspot. Using mobile data isn't ideal long-term, particularly with caps, but it might work for a short test. If it succeeds, point out the problem to your provider and see if they address it. Speaking of which, is Twitch chat worth checking out?

I've attempted to configure it with Google DNS, but it hasn't responded. It's puzzling because it functions smoothly on my laptop connected via Ethernet while not working on my phone when Wi-Fi is unavailable. It seems like the issue might be related to my ISP.
