Hello, your ASUS X570P board has only one Heather and three CHA fans. The Noctua NHD15 cooler includes two CPU fans. There’s no built-in way to swap the CHA fans as CPU fans, but you could consider using a third-party solution or a custom mod to achieve this. Mobo schematic:

I recall your X570 Asrock model had a setting in the BIOS to connect chassis fan speed controls with the CPU temperature. You might need to explore the BIOS menu near the fan options. Another solution could be purchasing a fan cable splitter.
