You bought a used laptop where the OS was installed on the HDD instead of the SSD. The simplest way to change this would be to upgrade the storage device to an SSD.

Or if he has a cloning bay, you could clone it to the ssd and delete of the hdd

Use EaseUS Partition Master to transfer or relocate the operating system to a new drive. Then, simply adjust the boot sequence in your BIOS settings. Refer to the provided link for details.
