Yes, they mentioned they could and might try it. They also inquired whether they should activate their Expo profile without a CPU installed. I explained they wouldn’t be able to do that since accessing the BIOS requires a CPU, which modern consumer boards lack. You pointed out that some boards do support this feature, and you referenced an article about BIOS Flashback that doesn’t involve booting into the BIOS without a CPU.

Certainly, I understand. The statement was clarified as wanting Expo to be set up before installing the operating system, once the machine is built.

You should consider activating the expo profile without installing any Windows. I think it’s important to note that the expo profile requires a CPU since there’s no user interface without one. It must be set up once the system is assembled. Based on what he mentioned, the most reliable method might be enabling the profile after the Windows installation is complete.

It's best to set up the operating system first before turning on Expo. This lets you verify everything works smoothly, since many users suggest disabling Expo when issues arise.

I chose to share the outcome here, perhaps it will assist someone later. I updated the BIOS without using the CPU or any other parts. It functioned properly in just about five minutes. Then I put together the entire PC and powered it on. There were no issues at all. The boot process was quick. It prompted me to choose between Y or N due to BitLocker. I selected Y since it was a new machine. After installation, I set up Windows 11. I activated the AMD Expo profile during setup. Everything went smoothly and the system operated well.
