You might be able to use a B450 or X470 motherboard with a Ryzen 3000 processor by connecting it via USB after assembly, rather than relying on a 2000-series CPU for board updates.

When the system shows a bios flashback, you can access it; otherwise, you'll need to use a zen and CPU to refresh the BIOS.

If it includes a BIOS Flashback feature as @TofuHaroto mentioned, but I'm fairly sure these are only visible on Asus boards, you're likely in a tough spot.

Most businesses don't have them, but some like MSI and Gigabyte do too

Generally, you require two components: a USB device to store the updated BIOS file and a CPU to interact with the BIOS settings.
