They’re essentially identical. I tend to save the ISO file first, reducing the chance of corruption during transfer, and then employ Rufus to generate a bootable USB. You can obtain the ISO via an Android or iPhone device, or through a mobile browser emulator on a desktop. Alternatively, open the download page in Vivaldi, refresh it, and it will prompt you to download the ISO.
