Hello, forum members! It seems there might be a display problem because the videos appear normal on my setup. If it functions correctly on another screen, consider returning the faulty monitor for replacement.

It's frustrating you realized this. I had a second screen but it wasn't displaying correctly with static images. Thanks for helping me find the solution. Also, when adjusting my monitor arm, I accidentally turned on dynamic shadow boost, which caused the issue. Felt really bad, but it's fixed now!
