My PC specs are as follows: MB: ASROCK AB350 PRO4, CPU: RYZEN 5 5500, GPU: RX 6600 8GB, PCI-E 3.0 8x (due to SSD in M2 slot, shared lines), PSU: 700W rated 650W, RAM: 2x 8GB KINGSTON 2400 CL15 2 monitors, DISPLAYPORT 60Hz, old monitor BenQ FP91GX DVI-D. I have an M2 SSD and a 1TB SATA HDD. BIOS is 10 64BIT, version 7.40 (latest). The issue is that after upgrading from 1050Ti to RX 6600, the system stutters. Games run smoothly but experience noticeable micro-lags. Videos on one monitor lag randomly with a 120-second delay, not due to connection problems. Chrome tabs open and videos play, but overall performance drops. When I disable Chrome’s hardware acceleration, CPU speeds up but gaming remains stable. FPS are close to expected levels. I’ve reinstalled Windows, updated drivers, installed AMD software, overclocked the GPU, reset BIOS, and changed RAM to dual-channel. The GPU is now unparked. I’m unsure what else to try or adjust. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Running DU to clear outdated drivers on Nvidia and AMD systems. Reinstalling AMD software is recommended. Any alternatives available? https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html

I utilized DDU and performed a Windows reinstall. I’m uncertain about the PSU model I have.

Do you possess the Radeon Adrenaline SW alongside the GPU driver installation? Have you adjusted any configurations within that software?

You mentioned using just drivers initially, but it didn’t work. Then you added the AMD SW and adjusted only the monitor settings. You also attempted to lower the voltage or overclock the GPU, but those changes didn’t help.

I just disabled FTPM in the BIOS and it seems to have resolved the issue. It's strange since the updated BIOS version should fix it too. So far everything appears normal, tested for an hour. I'll share updates after further testing.

The issue seems to be with the power supply unit. I’ll purchase a better one and add 3200Mhz RAM. Stuttering persists until the new parts are installed. I’ll update once that’s done.
