You have three unused VGA cables from your PSU to the GPU, all with extra pigtails. It seems this setup might cause issues during gameplay, especially when starting a new game. The graphics card you're using is an NZXT C850 850W 80+ Gold Fully modular model.

It happens. Your GPU load increases sharply, almost as if the game is trying to load and then freezes. After reinstalling Windows, did you clean all your storage devices? You might want to try DDU in safe mode and install a previous driver version manually. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html DDU in safe mode without networking will clear most remaining drivers. Your system will return to the fundamental display drivers, allowing you to install an older version to check if the issue persists. Edit: HWinfo64 can also provide useful information. Run it in sensors-only mode and it displays much more detail than needed. When it freezes, expand CPU, motherboard, graphics card, and RAM sections, capture a screenshot and share it here. Edit: More suggestions. Press Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B together to restart your graphics driver. Does this keep the lock-up when you do this? I’d consider it before using DDU.

Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B doesn't function properly, leaving the system unresponsive. After reinstalling Windows, all drives were formatted. I ran DDU in safe mode, which appears normal now. I can only take screenshots of the CPU area. When it freezes, I lose mouse control, so I'll capture the CPU section then later retrieve other sections after the freeze. Installing HWinfo64 triggered a warning: (Screenshot)

The GPU section pertains to your card, but I’ll skip it for now.

It's typical for the GPU to show low usage percentages while still generating heat during intense gaming sessions.
