The device I own has a power draw of 520 W. The same issue occurs. When under stress, my PC consumes less than 300 W. That doesn't clarify why Warzone runs smoothly on medium settings but Fortnite becomes unplayable at the lowest levels. Especially when Warzone is more demanding.
Windows power options – All settings are optimized for maximum performance, with threading enabled. CPU temperatures stay below 60°C.

Check if the system is using maximum PCIe bandwidth. I've tried enabling and disabling hardware accelerated GPU scheduling, but nothing changed. Windows game mode is off. I keep monitoring GPU and CPU clocks, temperatures, and power consumption. The issue seems to occur only in Minecraft (single player) and Fortnite, where CPU usage spikes significantly. In other games, everything looks normal except for minor micro stutters visible as frame time jumps.
