Contact your internet service provider to obtain a fresh IP address, which may involve charges

Be honest, there’s nothing you can do to change your account. Your public info will shift eventually unless you have a fixed IP address. Your MAC address can be fake, but it’s not simple.

My ISP Xfinity assigns IP's based on Mac address. For example if I change the mac address of my router, such as using the mac address cloning feature, that will change my IP. The issue comes up when you use the ISP supplied modem/router because mac address cloning is generally not a feature. You can also disconnect your internet long enough for the IP address lease to expire. HOWEVER there is no guarantees that you wont pull the same IP address. Keep in mind that IPv4 addresses have been exhausted, so ISP's could be limited on addresses. On top of that, some ISPs have started using carrier grade NAT, assigning 1 Public IP to multiple users.

Routers typically offer options to modify the WAN MAC address, allowing you to update it and then renew or change your WAN connection. This should result in a new IP address.

A simpler approach exists, but the optimal choice is to move to another server. As others have mentioned: 1) You were legitimately banned. OR 2) The server is managed poorly. Both options aren't beneficial—consider shifting your focus and eliminating that negativity from your life.
