Hi, I recently applied the reset feature on Windows to remove unnecessary programs and some malware that the antivirus couldn't fully eliminate. Everything is back to normal except the lock screen, which is only set to Windows Spotlight. When trying to switch it to Picture Viewer, it blocks me. Anyone have any ideas about what might be happening?
The dropdown for "Pictures" isn't available in the Settings > Personalization > Lock screen menu. Are you using Windows 10 Insider or the standard release?
