i play a lot of fortnite and have been using 1500x1920. changing the resolution required going through windows instead of nvidia due to this problem. whenever i try to select a custom resolution and press apply, it doesn't work and freezes with a not responding message. dsr is off. please help!

Is the resolution you're using in stretched? You need to edit the Fortnite game files to obtain custom resolutions.

i'm playing in stretched mode. i'm also editing fortnite game files, but i like the 1500x1920 setting. my problem is i can't adjust my resolution without the nvidia control panel freezing.

I have resolved the issue and should now be able to save my NVIDIA control panel for configuring my displays.
