Change the Windows 10 password without using any software.
I have a desktop pc that im working on for a neighbor. The password doesnt work, there is no "I forgot my password button" or anyway to get security questions to show up and they dont have a passkey usb. Weirder part is there is no power button to shift+reset into recouvery. Is there a diffrent way to reset it or am I just going to back up using another device and factory reset.
