I observed after a pause that the issue wasn't as severe as before. It had largely disappeared but began to reappear gradually. About half an hour later, it returned only when I focused on finding it. Then I moved to another room to comfort my cat, and I still detected it. Recently, I've felt quite dehydrated from stress and anxiety, suggesting the noise disturbance might have been a mental reaction. Trying to pinpoint it, my mind matched the sound with the LED in an effort to identify its origin. Interesting how the mind functions sometimes. Thanks for your assistance!
