I'm using a Ryzen 2700X with an ASUS B450 board, but I can't adjust my RAM speeds. I have four 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200 series sticks that are stuck at their default speed. Changing them in the BIOS doesn't let me boot up.

Refresh the device's system information. Failing this could mean trouble with the memory controller draw.

Gather bios information from the website for the board. Transfer the file to a USB drive—possibly an HDD works too. Extract if needed, then open BIOS, locate the update bios section and choose the bIOS file.
