I'm unsure if I'm in the correct location, but is there third-party software that lets me shift the task bar to the left side of my screen? I understand moving icons left when the taskbar is at the bottom, but I need the entire taskbar on the left side. Also, I can adjust it via regedit—changing 03 to 01 places it left, though it's quite unstable.

Consider using Classic Shell instead.

Similar to that, though there isn’t an option to relocate the tab. I discovered settings where I could adjust colors and set it transparent, but I couldn’t locate any way to move it.

Windows 11 is still in early testing, so customization tools are scarce and probably won’t appear until a full launch. At the moment, the lowest level of the taskbar is the only officially supported area. I anticipate many users will voice concerns once it becomes available to everyone. If you haven’t moved it by the release date, I’m surprised it won’t be fixed soon with an update.

I understand your concern. It seems you're checking if similar ideas have been developed before and whether others might prefer a different direction.

It seems the issue is likely due to incomplete implementation. It might appear in the upcoming release or the next Windows 11 update, which is about a year after launch. The top view functions better now, though it remains flawed.
