Adjust the settings in your BIOS to test manual CPU overclocking. After updating your BIOS, your i75820K was already set to 4.0GHz from 3.2GHz without issues. Recently, after an update, it reset itself. When using MSI OC Genie, it either applies a very weak change or causes crashes due to excessive settings. You aim to manually reach 4.0GHz again.
