I don’t use the Windows key for searching. Would you like instructions on how to assign the search function to a keyboard shortcut instead?

On Windows 10, you can begin typing for a search after pressing the Windows key. You won't need to navigate through the search bar.

Previously, I could perform that task. However, after the latest update (probably), I can't begin typing once I press the Windows key. Now I need to use the search icon or press Windows key plus S first.

Launch the 'run' application, type 'Services.msc', search with Windows, ensure it starts automatically
