Turn off the optimizer in GeForce Experience. It won’t delete the settings.

I was unaware that GTA V automatically set graphics. It seems you might be able to disable it.

As far as I've seen there is no option to turn that feature off. The only way to stop it changing would be to stop swapping graphics cards, which is pretty annoying if its a test bench etc.
