You need to turn off UAC for HW Monitor and MSI Afterburner individually. Since you use them daily, adjust the settings each time to bypass the prompts without disabling them completely.

If you're fine with them starting immediately, you can set up jobs in the task scheduler. There isn't a per-app configuration like it appears you're expecting. However, searching it would have been simpler as suggested.
