Change Options - Seeking Guidance

I'm looking for a switch that fits within my media panel (maximum width 14.25 inches). After reviewing the options, I've focused on Netgear and D-Link web management tools. Between these two, which one would you prefer? The Netgear ProSAFE (JGS524PE) is an option, while D-Link offers the DGS-1100-24P. There are also Cisco models available, but I'm not keen on those since they lack PoE support. The Cisco WS-C2960L-16TS-LL and SG112-24 are also in consideration.

When you don't require POE, avoid getting it. You'll find more success with Cisco switches.

I think you could rely on the injector instead of the PoE adapter for this single device.

I would choose Netgear because its lifetime warranty reflects confidence in product durability over time, along with solid port count and POE options. The price is more competitive, but I still support Cisco’s strong market position.

Regarding a Meraki 8-port PoE switch, it can be suitable based on your port requirements. A 3-year license plus the device should cost around $250.
