Change my ISP?

How can I switch my ISP or hide my identity online?
My son used my computer to join a forum I like and left a confusing message, resulting in my ban. It’s hard for me to get back in, even after changing my username and email—they still see my ISP and block access. I’ve set up password protection so only I can use it. I have SurfShark and a VPN, but they didn’t help with changing my ISP. What options do I have if the forum can’t see my ISP?

using vpn they shouldn't be able to view your isp.
