The display seems to shift between resolutions unexpectedly. It shows "DisplayPort 2160x1440" both when loading and in full screen games, but the actual resolution shouldn’t change. Could there be an issue with your settings or device configuration?

Switched to PC gaming mode. Avoid fullscreen; use borderless windowed or comparable settings.

You can choose to exit or adjust the fullscreen setting via the Nvidia control panel, especially if you're using a GPU. If only one monitor is connected, some titles offer automatic features such as HDR support, which may sometimes clash with DRM or anti-cheat systems for certain games. The exact reason isn't clear to me.

This works without altering the settings, though it reduces your frame rate.

I prefer fullscreen and won’t turn it off. I have two monitors, one with a 1080p at 60fps, but using the second monitor doesn’t help much. My NVIDIA 1660 Super is available—what adjustments can I make?
