Change in FPS after updating BIOS settings on the 4080 Super
You've adjusted the BIOS setting and experienced a performance drop, but the issue continues. Consider checking for other BIOS parameters or hardware conflicts that might affect frame rates.
The game is Fortnite, my FPS stayed around 240-400+ at 1440. Now I experience big stutters dropping to 160 and I can't maintain a steady 240+ in crowded spots or with squads. My motherboard is B650 VC Wifi 3. I adjusted some Nvidia profile inspector settings, which actually boosted my FPS. The issue started after changing the BIOS settings. I haven't modified anything else.
The only thing I could think of doing is going back to the NVIDIA Profile Inspector settings I altered earlier. If that doesn’t help, I’m not sure what else to try.
Could your boot experience issues? You installed a prebuilt system where the game drive uses an SSD and the main SSD is in the primary drive.
