Requesting help from a friend about a motherboard issue. It has an Ethernet port, but I needed Wi-Fi early on, so I bought a Wi-Fi 6 PCIe 1x card. After setting up my own router, the Ethernet cable isn’t being detected anymore. It turns out the Ethernet option is turned off on my system. Can someone suggest ways to fix this without having to reset everything?

You can disable something in Device Manager or the BIOS by adjusting its settings.
