Challenges with speech flow Issues affecting pronunciation

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble but everything seems normal otherwise. I think the issue might be related to my power outlet. My keyboard LEDs and motherboard RGB stay on even after shutting down. How do I check? When I power on my PC, the graphics card RX6600 reaches full speed for 5 seconds and then turns off, while the motherboard's red light comes on.

I use Windows 10, yes it's on the XMP profile. I have a Ryzen 3400G with RX6600, 2x8GB RAM, and a new 750mm HD PSU. The motherboard is an Aurora B450.

I rebuilt the PC but it still doesn<|pad|>. I reinstalled Windows and it keeps stuttering whether online or offline. I don’t know the latest drivers either. Could the power outlet be causing the issue? Since there are five devices plugged into one outlet, it might be a problem.
