I visited the Minecraft website to install the game so I could play. When I entered all my details, it told me my username was incorrect and suggested using an email address instead. I followed the instructions and entered my email, which worked this time, so I thought it was strange. After several attempts to log in, I finally decided to change my password. I updated it a couple of times with simple passwords, but it still wouldn’t let me in. I’m not sure if there’s a waiting period, so this is really frustrating. I also bought the game, but the email didn’t mention any waiting time, which adds to my annoyance.
