Experiencing difficulties transitioning from version 7 to 10, encountering the same error during the safe OS phase migration. Upgrading without saving files or programs resolves the issue. Seeking advice or resources to resolve this without reinstalling everything.

Sure, I can clarify. - I don’t have the exact system specs, but I can describe typical performance metrics. - My testing involved running standard benchmarks and comparing results to baseline values.

I tried it by picking the upgrade option and then upgrading. After it functioned, I formatted the drive and re-cloned my Windows 7 from another SSD. I’m wondering if an app is causing the issue and whether it’s possible to locate it using Windows logs. Here are the details: 240gb PNY SSD (the smaller one is cloned here, while I’m using this as a boot for the upgrade), 120gb Samsung 840 SSD (the old Windows 7 SSD that stays unplugged during the process, cloned to the bigger one), plus a 1TB HDD and a 2TB HDD (possibly 3TB). I’m running an i5-2500k GTX 770 with 16GB DDR3 and a 1600 MHz ASUS P8Z68-V motherboard.
