And was this related to the 10900f? If yes, did it function as intended? Verify the PCIe lane width for SSD and GPU in the BIOS. It should be near the PCIe device settings section, around the same FPS as with the 4070 Ti. CPU usage was also at 100%—what cooling solution are you using? Perhaps updating to a previous BIOS version (not too old) that isn’t beta if yours is. Even without beta, it’s worth giving it a try. Also, consider reseating your CPU, RAM, motherboard, and all power connectors.

His situation didn't clearly show he just swapped the motherboard since he tried other methods that failed, and he also had a different one from an older computer.
